Milan Hookah Lounge has two locations in Illinois. 

 We’ve been doing the  Google Map Optimization and  Social Media Marketing. See how we’ve improved Google Maps views and boosted Instagram accounts for both locations! 

For such venues as hookah lounges it is important not only to bring the client once but keep the returning again and again. To achieve it it is important to stay in touch with customers after their visit. To do that we came out with attractive offers and created printed materials to be placed on the table to engage with customers and have them follow the Instagram account and leave positive reviews. It boosted both Google Map visibility and  helped  the venue to remind customers to come often. 

In addition we implemented multiple messaging strategies that in combination with offers helped to bring new clients and return old ones who stopped coming to the place.
